A: Yes. Most of our packages include LED technicians, front-of-house (FOH) audio engineers, and lighting designers. We handle the delivery, setup, live operation, and strike so your team can focus on the event itself.

A: Based in Centennial, we serve the entire Front Range and mountain towns. This includes Denver, Boulder, Colorado Springs, Fort Collins, and Vail. We are regular partners at major venues like the Gaylord Rockies, Westin Downtown Denver, and the Colorado Convention Center.

A: bsolutely. We are fully insured and experienced in meeting the strict load-in requirements of Colorado’s top hotels and convention centers. We can provide a COI naming your venue as additionally insured upon request.

A: If you are flying in a band or you are a planner hiring national talent, we provide the “heavy lifting.” We supply the drum kits, guitar/bass amplifiers, and keyboards that bands can’t travel with. We ensure the stage plot is followed exactly so the band can walk on and perform.

Can you support live operation during my event?
Absolutely. Our technicians will be on site to run sound, lights, video, and manage all technical elements throughout your event. We’re there from load-in to load-out.

What if I want to bring a band from out of state—or I’m a band coming to Colorado?
We specialize in supporting bands hired for weddings, corporate events, and private parties. We provide all technical needs: sound systems, monitors, digital mixers, backline (drum kits, guitar/bass amps, keyboards), lighting, and full crew services. Whether you’re flying a band in or you’re the band flying in—we’ll make sure everything’s ready.

Do you work with hotels or venues directly?
Yes. We regularly collaborate with hotels, event venues, and planners to provide AV support and complete production services. We’re fully compliant with all venue requirements, including providing a Certificate of Insurance (COI) when needed.

Where do you operate?

Our team is fully mobile, and we operate in ballrooms, outdoor spaces, corporate offices, convention halls, churches, schools—basically anywhere you need AV support.

Do you offer equipment rentals without staff (dry rentals)?
In general, no. However, we do have a few select items available for self pickup and return—such as portable speakers, a few projectors, and pull-up screens. These are listed on our website under Portable Speaker Rentals and Online Backline Rentals.

Can I pick up equipment myself?
Only a few select items—like portable speakers, projectors, and pull-up screens—are available for self pickup and return. Most of our services include delivery, setup, operation, and teardown by our professional team.
